5 things I would change to make India fitter & healthier

The other one that I would love to change is, and I've discussed this in another post about planning and time management, that many people, particularly from poor backgrounds, do not plan things. They don't own a diary, they don't use diary function on their phone, and they don't plan everything, and they just live from day to day to day. Now, if you want to follow a healthy regime, you have to plan

But I would still say that a lot of people have the intention but lack the information. And with people like you out there that are sort of spreading these messages and advocating a fitter lifestyle for a lot of people, I think we need more of people like you out there, because without these types of conversations, I don't think anyone is going to take any of these things very seriously. But the culture is shifting, at least in urban India

Sadly, in order for people to achieve certain goals in terms of fitness and physique and that sort of stuff, and I loosely use the word health because sometimes, for example, though bodybuilding is a very popular activity actually in India, and yes, you're right, fitness and it's sort of a booming industry, I think that in particular major cities in India, sometimes activities within bodybuilding aren't always necessarily health
