Moonlighting : your honeymoon is over!

Surely you don't expect them to separate from their partners, do you? This gridlock can only be resolved with resetting the employment culture. Resetting a cultural divide which has been plaguing the work environment since time immemorial. Building a trust quotient needs counseling, guidance, mentorship. Likewise, large corporations need to rethink jobs. Jobs, career, organizationculture and balance expectations. This choking crunch is a reflection of the times that we live in, in some sense

But if you really want to be part of the team and kind of give it your all, especially startups and tech companies in general and various groups in smaller groups and tech companies, those are all built by teamwork as in Silicon Valley they are saying right, culture eats strategy for breakfast. And that's very true. And if the culture will be kind of destroyed because you are now not really committed and you want to do something else, some of those kind of teams will not succeed in those contexts

It's like if you're out there in the world and you're talking about another project, but I'm paying your salary, but you're talking about this other project, and you're not promoting or evangelizing the people that are paying your bills, it gets really uncomfortable for me. I also think the remote culture is so weird and so different and I'm getting used to the last

And so I can't be there. Sorry, but just so that they can throw back in my face, oh, no, you can't go speak somewhere. You think you're somebody actually, swell. I do. But I'm smart enough not to let you know that I believe that I am somebody because I know how businesses are, how corporations are

I think moonlighting definitely with the same skill set to different competing organizations, I think is not right and not ethical. Also, it's not right to do so. I completely agree with your point. Thanks

If you don't do well, then there are 1799 reasons why you may not get that job. And so the pressure is always on the job seeker given the fact that they want the job more than the employer. And employer is saying yeah, we need to hire people, but there are options and nobody's forcing you to divulge your details, but that's our company policy. If you want to be part of this role, part of this company, then this is what we need to know
