Career for next gen

article image placeholderUploaded by @kaveri_sumi
We need to mold our next generation into something which the world needs, not what suits our ego, our understanding. Doing some research, guiding children in that way is the need of the art. We also know that boarding are not very safe places, because who take care that personal care of a parent would always be missing? And secondly, who will take care of the emotional growth, of the spiritual growth? Nobody. Right there

Dr, Engineer? CA? Professor? Can't we think bigger?

That is something which I think is very practical, rather than just forcing them to do something all of a sudden after they get out of college, like after they graduate. So I think people should become more flexible. The opportunities that social media has provided at this point of time is really amazing. And I think there's a lot of things to explore out there in the future as well

I did not know, I did not see your post. But if you are really posting these kind of ideas, we are going to change the mindset. I hope you stay happy, healthy. And I sincerely wish that we keep talking to each other all the more and learning and growing together other

So become a doctor, lawyer, CA or engineer and use those technical skills to solve problems. Now, a lot of these problems will be solved by machines because machines are so much better at pattern recognition. Machines are so much better at working with the data and are so much better at analysis. So I can imagine that a machine would be better at diagnosing even medical conditions than doctors, because the machine das so much data at its disposal that it can replace the vast experience of a human being
