Now I want to run 100 meters in 7 seconds. You just shouldn't think of this, right? You should just work on your legs and lungs and just run. Maybe who knows? You will run in 6 seconds instead of seven. Who knows? You just build your legs into as powerful the condition as you can build it and just run just for the simple joy of it. So don't waste your life in setting up expectations. Because this expectation is not even yours
