I found that in case of attachment you believe that this one person holds the key to your love and happiness and without them your love and happiness will be gone. I felt people need each other and think it is love. I am grateful to a person who made me realize about attachment so well that I think I never found those qualities in a person and the more I try to hold them, the weaker of a connection become and I am feeling suffocated

Hi Avi, I just heard your audio and I really think that this is something, this is a very vivid topic. What is love versus attachment? So I personally feel that they come hand in hand and then it's very difficult for a human to not have an attachment with something. And just like you said, that attachment leads to sorrow and it might lead to suffering
