What health goals do you have for September?

And I got to think of it, I said, that's pretty cool to know that I am who I am and people know who I am, and I'm probably very rarely going to deviate from that. So it brings me to my question what are you going to do for the month of September that is going to build towards your legacy in health? What is that going to be? It could be something small, like, I'm not going to have any more caffeine for a month

I think that's something that I'm really going to focus on this month is setting some work boundaries and making sure that I get that sleeping. I think the diet and exercise stuff is consistent. So we're going to keep going with that. But that's part, man. There's always something we can improve on, something. So I think that that's where I'm going to be. Thanks

Like if there's a day where I just didn't get all the end to make sure it is at least a gallon but always aim for a gallon every day and succeed that and to make sure that I am working out my five to six days a week and stretching and walking so that I'm not only developing muscle and getting rid of fat but also I'm flexible and agile and I will add for the month of September because I maintain this focus for me and I will be honest that I don't necessarily maintain it for my son

My goals in September related to my health include getting 25 grams of protein per meal and starting the day with that amount of protein. I'm also endeavoring to get at a session of movement in per daily and go. So far, so good. Have a great day. Bye
