I drink a lot more water than I used to, as I admittedly was addicted to soda and corn syrup juices. I still delight in those on occasion, though, but not as much as I used to. But I don't know about this thing of only eating red meat. That just seems so banal. I don't know. But it's working for you, right? I'm curious. How long have you been on the keto diet?

We tend to want to take an aspirin or a prescription or something that will get rid of that pain for you for that moment when. Really. If we could just make some better decisions throughout our day. Get a little exercise. Eat less processed food. Less seed oils. Even if you want to have an apple or some green beans. I think that's probably perfectly acceptable. I don't know that they're necessary, but I think they're perfectly acceptable

And you keep mentioning seed oil. So is that derivative of all oils or is there oil that is not? Well, obviously, yeah, there must be oil that's not based in a processed sort of nature. But yes, processed foods definitely do more harm than good and I am totally with advocating to almost eradicate that from the diet
