Trust the wave: energy, frequency, vibration, source, consciousness, spirit, god etc
I tend to call source or consciousness or the universal force energy, spirit. I call it the wave, and I tell myself to trust the wave. Trust this vibrational frequency, trust that this energetic force is there and trust that that carries you. You have to trust your personal energetic system to let it carry you.
