I am not going to lie. Anyway, I ran my first Ultramarathon and shortly after I got really sick. I had activated EBV, Epstein Barr virus, and it's in the mono family. And I had chronic mono growing up, meaning it activated twice in my lifetime. And then I activated EBV. This was devastating. I went from running over 33 miles down to walk jogging 1 mile in a matter of weeks. This was awful because that was my mental health space to go run
