Don't get so caught up with what's going on, but keep reminding yourself, one day I'll look back, I'll be in a similar situation. I'll be able to use what I've learned to better myself, the organization, or that situation. Still, give yourself space to be frustrated, to be overwhelmed at times, because those are all valid feelings. But know that tough times don't last. Number six take the right mindset to work

And then once I did all of the whole education thing, and then I still kept hearing it. It's not about what you know. It's about who you know. And I'm like, well, crap. What was the whole point of me getting all of this education? Is it's the networking and relationship building and all of those things that really get me where I want to go. Because unfortunately, although I try my best to be a support for my team and to promote them when they're not in the room, I don't think everybody does the same. So it's that middle ground of making sure you're ready for anything, but sometimes going out and finding the right person that can create that opportunity for you.
