Hey. I feel like these are great check in questions. It's definitely something that I try to do with myself along the week. And another thing that I would add is maybe if I don't know, I do a lot of my work sitting down computer incorporating some movement in those check ins, even if it's just like small, little stretches from the table, really helps a lot to incorporate the breathing and the movement

Hello, good morning, and thank you so much for your feedback. And yes, I totally agree. Incorporating stretches into your daily routine is so important, especially, as you said, if you are sitting at a desk, that is something that I definitely advise my clients to do that come to see me for massage therapy.
