And I'm just so grateful for your wonderful reminder on how to open up to the day and what happens when things get twisted around. We end up at the end of the day, like you said. Like you said, a different person, somebody you don't recognize or portions of yourself that you don't recognize that you don't intend to want to be. So it's a lot of taking stock
