We put our attention on negative social media all the time, that it's about time that we learn the art of living and just relax a little bit and be happy to be around a diverse bunch of people. So, yeah, just wanted to know if you guys attended live show. I think they're going to take it down in a couple of days. It was live on YouTube. So if you can check it out, if you're able to check out the art of living
So a lot of young men in both of their circles of friends and really trying to get their life started. And I find his book to be positive, but not in a cheesy way. So I'm inspired by what you said. Thank you for kind of the overview. And I also think that he's on the right path. Whatever he's doing is great. He is great, by the way. I've seen a lot of his movies

Um were you part of the art of living? I was not doing the Zoom, though. But, yes, it is about the mind. It's about we can do anything we put our mind to, but we all have our fears. Takes us a while, but I think we all need partners. We all need a coach. We all need somebody to push us. Agree?

You. Did anyone go further after the art of living with Matthew McConaughey? I think it was road trip, it was called. I do have the book and the journal for about a year now, but yes, look how successful he is and look at how he got there. What are your thoughts?

Like I said, he's always been to me, a talented actor, but to see the man behind the acting and to see the humanness and just the positivity was just amazing. It was definitely a great experience. As I stated, I didn't get a chance to even see and experience the entire thing because of work. But just the 2 hours or two and a half hours that I experienced was great. But I yeah, I wonder if anyone has gone further too because I'm thinking of getting his book and the one I think you mentioned

I have seen Tony Robbins and I've read the book Green Lights and I feel, yes, they're all in sync and and it is about taking action. Let's face it, we're all afraid to take that idea and go to the next level. They are not. It is about living with regret

You. Matthew McConaughey is authentic real hardworking, and he just like everybody else. He came from the same kind of middle class family. It was amazing. And I've read Green Lights twice and I've heard his audio twice, but, yes, amazing

It. You are welcome. They are also doing, I believe, what was it, two weeks ago? Matthew McConaughey and the gang did the six hour workshop. And I'm not sure about the Art of Living program. They have somebody on that site said they or managed to get the workbook on the Art of Living. I'm not sure how. I'm on the group, on Facebook
