The Gentle Art of Not Responding
When you put your words out there, people respond to them, and that's okay. I'm mentioning this because already on this app, I've had to block one person. This was the best thing to do because instead of responding to their negativity, I just went ahead and blocked because every response does not deserve a response. Again, even though everyone is entitled to their own opinions as such, I am of the belief that my words do have value

Because number one, it keeps your peace, it keeps your sanity. And at the same thing, like you said, every response doesn't need a response. And another way that it's always been said in society is that every action doesn't need a reaction. And that's very true and interesting. Like you said, the good thing about Swell is that people are entitled to their opinion

Hey, Al. Yes, that's definitely a confirmation that, you know, we're hearing the spirit talk about the art of responding and not responding. So the fact that you did don't get mad at Dust. When I saw it pop up in my Swell app, I was like, oh, wow, okay, I need to listen to this

I love this topic because it is an art. It takes an art to not respond and it takes a strong conviction in your personal boundaries and value for yourself. And then we understand that we're energetic beings and every response in every action that we do is energetic. I like to see it as energetic currency. And the people that I talk to are an investment. So are people that respond to me in terms of whatever, in terms of conversations

As far as some days it may warrant us pouring out that spiritual currency with that person, and then some days we just have to hold it in, reign it in, and keep it to ourselves. And I think that's what you were explaining as well
