And the reason why I'm doing this well is because I've been tracking my sleeping patterns, and I am terrible at getting sleep. I'm not the only one. My husband and I were both terrible with getting sleep. I found out something very interesting, though. Ever since I've been just dealing with or just looking at patterns of my behavior, I realized that on weeknights, I get maybe five, 6 hours of sleep

And I have been researching about how lack of sleep can cause heart problems and onset dementia and makes inflammation worse. Yeah, that is my goal, is to try to figure something out. It but, yeah, I think it's so serious, and for you and your husband to talk about it together, it's really a wonderful thing. So I really appreciate this post. It's. Hey. Goodenough. Thank you for responding. I am so sorry that you're going through that when it comes to sleep and getting proper rest. And I was going to ask if you've gotten involved with a sleep study, but I believe you may have if you said you've been tested and to see if there's anything underlying the issue of why you can't sleep. But I know my uncle, he had serious trouble sleeping, and I mean serious trouble

Not close to me, but still close enough in case there's an emergency call. And that's one of the best sleeps I've had. I also have an app called Soothing Pod. So it has helpful white noise and nature sounds and guided meditations and such that have been helpful. I really need to get back to that because I had great rest. I also found that if I stretch for a few minutes before bedtime, I get great rest as well
