Diabetic Check In—I’m Out of the Danger Zone Now?🤔

I did a blog post on it just the other day. I found out so much about almonds. Also, I've been concerned about my blood sugar numbers. When I check those numbers in the morning, they're pretty high. The goal for diabetic is for your numbers to be like somewhere between, I would say, like ninety s or in the lower hundreds. And when I wake up in the mornings, it's like 250 or 200

Hey. I'm so glad that you were out of the danger zone with that. That's a beautiful thing. I'm so, so glad. That means you've been working hard and very quickly. And almonds are great. Almonds have great, great benefits. I was surprised by that, too. But I have to be careful about how many of them I eat, because I will just consume as many as possible

Thanks. Thank you so much. Renee oh, my goodness. That is so encouraging. And you're right. The almonds, I have to try to limit myself because they're so good. I'll end up eating too many, and I see that's going to be a problem. But thanks again for the encouragement and the well wishing. I'm trying very hard daily and yeah. Thank you so much
