Wellness Hacks part 1

Find something that motivates you to move and do that every day. Consistency is key. Movement slows the aging process because staying inactive produces muscle atrophy, which in turn leads to injuries and loss of coordination. Exercising lowers your risk of chronic disease, relieve stress, anxiety and tension. I hope some of these things have resonated with you and I have more for you coming.
