You're welcome. Good morning, and thank you so much for this mindfulness post. I think mine would be the inner critic that I need to work on and the way I speak to myself. I'm trying to learn that I should be as kind to myself as I am to others. And it's really hard when it's been ingrained in you. So things to think about, things to work on in this post, and it's very helpful, and I appreciate that
