Where kind of a hatred or something she doesn't like about me or I don't know, she may not like the question or she might be going through something in her life, I don't know. But that one thing killed the entire relationship I have ever had with this gentleman throughout so many years. And I felt so bad about it. But then this morning when I sent a small message to him and I said I'm sorry if I annoyed your wife last night

But to take a breath and realize that probably it had nothing to do with you, and it was just her trying to get a sense of control over a situation that might have felt out of control for her. And that dynamic has nothing to do with you. So perhaps there's another opportunity for you to re engage with him at time that's not so heightened. That's my gut

I should have had general conversation or I should have just said hello and leave. I think that was my kind of and I sometimes feel when you have two or more people in a group like this or in a social environment, you should not start or trigger your private conversation with one person. I don't think so. It is advisable anyway, but that's what I think I made a mistake there and you were right
