Good evening and welcome to a soft life today. I almost didn't record my podcast because I was dealing with a situation that I noticed was also a learning lesson for me. Be careful who you let into your life. Sometimes wolves do come dressed in sheep's clothing. Whether they are friends, the relationships. But you'd be surprised. It's more people that you considered friends when your toxic masculinity was in full bloom. Everything changes when you enter a soft girl era
I think it's important as we work towards opening our hearts and being kind and gentle to ourselves and others to also learn how to create boundaries without walls to protect our hearts while still being open to all the experiences and the teachings that everything, even the hurt and such, helps grow enough. Yes, there's definitely times you have to do a little reading and reevaluate reflect and take in information and use that

I absolutely love this. The soft life is something that I would say. I started last year in 2022 and it changed everything. Perspective, the people who you attract into your life. I could say it was very difficult for me to switch my masculine energy to be more feminine. And I'm not going to say that it's completely gone because there are things that could definitely trigger it, for sure
