Companies will often have a diversity statement. But what I really want to see are your policies. Do your policies promote justice and equity? Do your policies promote inclusion? Because while diversity is definitely needed in order to be inclusive, that's not the last step in order to make a more just and equitable world. In fact, it's the first and easiest step. So let's keep pushing these boundaries. Let's let me know your thoughts on this
