Hello everyone. Today I will talk about protection against W party. So clause two of Article 20 of Constitution says that no person shall be prosecuted and punished for the same offense more than once. This clause embodies the common law rule of nemo devit this dexary which means no man should be put twice in peril for the same offense. If he is prosecuted again for the same offense for which he has already been prosecuted he can take complete defense of this formal of his formal acquittal or conviction
