And that's when I thought to actually pursue my Masters in clinical psychologically and work into the field of psychology, that I can help and do my bit into mental health awareness and also become the bridge between the legal system, the law, and the citizens to use psychologically for the betterment of each one of us

And after that, the way I saw one has to struggle to seek help for mental health and the way society treats people who somewhere have actually, even if they are facing a little bit of an issue related to stress, the way people put the entire responsibility and onus, on the person who's already going through health concerns, the way there's no right help for people to seek, even if there's so much more being done, there is so much more that has to be done

I think my role is very passive when it comes to a change in a client's life as they are the experts of their life. I am someone who's just holding a space for them to grow immense, to feel safe, to feel better. Therapy is not about making someone feel better or making someone figure out the best for them, or it doesn't mean that a person is lacking something in therapy. Add something more to it. What I actually think is therapy and counseling sessions

I'm not sure what advice I can give to anyone who is sort of, you know, seeking a particular career path. And I'm not sure what to do. I think what I would rather say is this is the first step. You know, this the chaos that you're experiencing right now is only going to lead you towards much more chaos. And then there is going to be clarity. You can't have clarity

I believe that mental health is much more important than our physical health. And if we are mentally well. So our physical abilities in abilities doesn't matter us anymore. So that's my opinion. And thank you so much for sharing such original insights about psychology and how you manage psychology with your personal and your professional life. So I would like to know one question that I everyone in today's world seems to be psychologically. Like they go, so what's your opinion on this?

Like things like depression, anxiety aren't shared with people and things like the disorder. Sometimes those resources aren't that haven't gotten that big. And so people just end up hiding them and it just gets worse and it's really bad. So I'm glad to hear that you're was trying to help everyone. Good luck with that. And this was great knowing, you know, knowing about what you want to do, what you're doing. So, yeah, this is great

So waiting for your reply curiously and thank you so much for posting. So keep posting and keep smiling

So before taking any information out there and it's important to see what works. And if there is a confusion in understanding what we should try out to help ourselves, I think we should seek help from professionals. And when I say we are not only talking about people on the other end, I think even therapists, mental health professionals should seek professional help because that's only human that you're going to experience problems, and that's only when you sit into that side of the share

So let's say if a person is going through physical illness or if a person is living with depression, making meaningful changes in their lifestyle can, along with therapy and medications if necessary, can bring about a much more better outcome. And it can help them feel much more better at times rather than taking care of either of them separately

Thank you for reaching out some extra. I think some amount of anxiety. Stress and anxiety is also natural. That's just part of us being human being. Stress can be categorized into two ways. One is you stress, another is distress. U stress can be spelled as E-U-S-T-R-E-S. So Eustace can be helpful in terms of, let's say if you have an exam Torah stress out there, that's when we study and that's when we get marked that kind of thing

The obvious activities such as casting, talking, moving about and the activities of cells within the brain and internal feelings and thoughts are all considered as types of behavior. So I think public speaking is often used to induce anxiety. In studying public speaking, anxiety confounding with the mental stress of speech preparation should therefore be avoided and a more differentiated interpretation of the psychologically effects should be made. Thank you

And whatever you are doing, whatever you are learning in this, I hope that it will help so many people around it around us. I think psychologically is very difficult. I mean, to understand person to deal with that person in his own way is something very difficult for his Mittal health. Mittal health is something very different from all of those things. And for that, you have to do so many things. So, yeah

Hi there. I hope you are doing great. So Congratulations that you have completed your graduation and specifically psychologically that is your specialty. And I got to know that you have got trained from CBA as well. And you just want to use your studies for helping humanity, for being a part of the humanity by helping them. And the best thing is that when we study something and we do not use that, it is not the good thing

Hey, I am absolutely glad that I met you. Hey, I'm really glad that I had actually met someone who had done psychologically because, you know, this is was a career option that I always wanted to choose, but I could not because of some reasons. And I still remember back in my school days, I was so fond of studying psychology that I used to take notes from my seniors and used to study at home

Hey Snehals. First of all welcome on Swell and I would like to ask a question from you that as a psychologically speaker or so you come across very various people who need that psychologically support and whenever you help them you support them. So how you feel like what's the feeling when you support you help people with that really needs something in return. I would love to hear your reply on this and to share your feelings right here

Sometimes you do make mistakes, but I realized that people are being s***** too. I really love the subject of psychology and after completing my bachelor's, I am planning to study it later in my life someday. But I will definitely study psychology. It trusts me. It tracks me so much, like how behavior it goes on and what causes the way you behave sometimes, like kind of wrong chemical reactions and all. It's a really good subject

When you say that I am going to a psychiatrist and the other people, they respond to you in a very negative manner. They make fun of you. They say they just sympathize with you which actually humiliates you and you feel so bad, so sad that you don't want to talk to them or you don't want to go to a psychiatrist or you don't want to talk about these things. We human beings
