Like my heart started skipping beats like a lot and I realized, okay, I'm pushing myself way too hard in the gym and I'm pushing myself with the pre workouts and the caffeine intake to make sure that I'm staying on course. Like, I've been at the gym eight days in a row now. Three days. After three days I thought the three days off would be fine. If not, I need more time to recover. I'm sore all over

And I've been really trying to work around that. I just had my birthday last month and in the past I've always been wanting I wanted to do kind of bigger parties and I felt like I did need to celebrate. And then just this last year, I was like, you know what, I did a bigger thing last year and now I don't even know if I really want to celebrate. Its like that
