Just Breathe

Hi guys. How are you doing today? I am going to speak about breathing. Why I am speaking about breathing is because we rarely notice that how we are breathing while we are having different emotions. Right. So from today, no, you notice your breath while you're having different type of emotions, like angry or you're sad or you're just having a normal day or you're happy. Whenever things really get challenging in life now people come and tell us, take a deep breath

The way you talk about these things and discuss about how we breathe when we are under different sort of emotions or when we are stressed and everything and it is ending just how you talked about it is more important just breathe peace of mind and to practice breathing and so I agree with all the things you said and also I have business with myself as well because in general if you take a normal instance like if we run fast okay then our breed will not be in time and sometimes we try to breathe with our mouth that is more harmful I know and that the time start to be slowly that comes your body so that's in my life so I agree to all things you said about when you feel more type of emotions or physical stress or mental stress

Whenever I'm excited, I kind of feel out of breath. For some reason, my heart starts beating a lot and I feel a sense of breathlessness. So, yeah, now that I think about it, my breathing changes according to my emotion. So, yeah, it's kind of really unique and surprising to understand this stuff. And I really hope research more about it and we can have an engaging conversation after this

And we forget to focus on our own health. So we need to take care of ourselves. And taking deeper breaths, when you are completely burned out, it really helps to lighten your mind.
