Let’s Support Each Other

article image placeholderUploaded by @Smfsprinkel1
So I figured I'd come up with a group of people that can talk, share and learn. A place where you're not told there's a right or wrong way to grieve, because I don't believe there is a right or wrong way to grieve. It's about people in a similar place in their lives that are willing to help each other. And I'm not limiting our discussions to the loss of a spouse or loved one or a parent or child

It's a very avoidant, I think, way, and I'm really interested in learning more about how to support others in it, and then for myself as well. I have ways that I grieve, like you said, loss of a job. It hits me later. I lost my job during covet, and I feel like it didn't hit me until maybe a month or so into it that I was, like, really?

Stephanie, thank you so much for joining us and for this invitation. I think it's a unique environment to drop into your own voice, drop into other people's voice, equinox of the circle. And I'm appreciative specifically of you telling us your story, and I'm so sorry for your loss and what that feels like for you on every single level, differently every single day, probably, and then the transition of living alone and knowing there are two beautiful souls out in the world
