Starting over with exercise. Day 1

I'm at 180 milligrams, which is a lot higher than most people, but I'm a little heavier and I sweat a lot. So I started exercising last month really good. I started feeling great. I started looking great. My family was even telling me. They could tell I looked so much thinner and just healthy

Hey, Josh, kudos to you, man. Way to get out there and make it happen and set that intention and, you know, remember your reasons why. I think that's really the biggest thing for overcoming bad habits or creating new habits in my life. At least it's been, what can I do to apply a new why to my motivation? Why am I doing this? Why do I need to do this?
