What do I do for fun? Traveling for BBQ! Let's talk about it!

So you've got loads of people cooking on all types of different smokers. You've got people doing Oiler smokers, buoy smokers, offset smokers, mowberg, smokers backline, Fab, smokers all kinds of different things out there, even primitive pitch from Georgia. We've got some of that stuff down here. And Texas barbecue is very diverse, depending on where you go in the state

Meat in moderation for me. Thoughts on #health #vegetarian #bbq

But for you, do you ever wonder if it's too much meat in your diet? And how do you work with that based on just science and what they said about medicine and medical studies about meat? I'd love to hear your thoughts about that. I'm not going to even get into the idea that we'd love to have a world that has less farming at an industrial level and more natural farming. We all probably agree on that

And I want to say something about food. We hear food like it's something very important in my culture. For me, for example, when I get here, it's something funny. First he needs to drink juice, then he needs to drink tea. Then if the guest comes in a dinner time, he must eat dinner. And although if a guest stays at home, he must eat, eat, eat. And for example, we have, like I said, generosity in full

The Carnivore Lifestyle - Evidence for a meat heavy or only meat diet.

And so I see a lot of evidence on the other side that does say that you can live a carnivore lifestyle and be healthy. Now, here's the thing. A lot of people will think meat is very unhealthy. But when I've been on an all meat diet for a few weeks, my energy levels go up, getting rid of all the gluten, getting rid of the carbohydrate, getting rid of the starchy foods, getting rid of the sugars

Sometimes people are here for five minutes and then they're gone. They don't stay very long. And we've lost the art in many ways of hospitality in some places. Now, if I have people come and stay, then I Cook for them three or four times, and at least that many times. And sometimes we go out to eat. There's so many places to go out to eat. And in American culture, we do tend to do that quite a bit
