It's like I'm living to work and make money, that's all. Do let me know if you also have these kind of dark thoughts where you feel like numb when you go to bed. That's only there when you go to bed because other times you're occupied with work. Maybe that all. I will keep you posted about the other things. Thanks for listening

You know, it's a very, very essential step towards growth, and I'm super glad that you're finding it positive and, you know, it's helping you. I used to get some panic attacks like that, and I have actually done what you have done, focus somewhere else and start counting things, start looking at things

And I should these are called environmental activators. So you can use some simple triggers from your environment that will trick your brain into knowing and remembering that now it is sleep time. For example, the curtains, the lighting, some light music, some fragrance and fresh sheets, fresh clothes, a nice skin regime. Just wash your face nicely, apply a good cream on it. And doing these simple things are basically telling your brain that it's time to sleep now
