Mental Health Matters

We get all this advice telling us, do this, don't do this, take this, don't do this, have this, do that, eat this, wear this, try this, sleep like this. Have more vitamins, drink more water, and on and on and on. But it still ultimately boils down to how do you overcome a mental health crisis? What do you do when you're moved is down and you just do not feel like getting out of bed

But thinking about it, like you said, the triggers, knowing what people, some people don't even know what their triggers are. So really keeping a log, being self aware, identifying what your triggers are, and then thinking, how can I reduce this trigger? Or eliminate this trigger? Or minimize this trigger. Sorry. Yeah. And then just really becoming self aware, like, why am I feeling this way? Why do I have this emotion?
