Hey. Hey swell people. This is Sister Soul. I am doing a checkin today because I have not checked in in like two weeks. I miss you guys. I hope everybody is doing great on this Friday. I have been so consumed with so many things going on in life at this, this point and I'm glad they're not consuming me and I'm consuming them instead

Hello. I'm glad that things are not consuming you. That's definitely the worst version of, you know, having a lot to do. I'm glad you got it on track, but yes, good with the deep breaths and everything. And whenever you're ready to hop back on, swell. Sure, we'll be here, excited to hear from you. Hi. Absolutely. Yes. Deep breaths. Let me tell you, I do not take enough of them. I'm actually a yoga teacher, and I lead breath work and meditation all the time. But just in my DayToday, when I'm not actually in those practices, I sometimes still move so fast that I realize I don't know the last time I took a deep breath. So I'm just going to do that right here, right now. Thank you for that prompt and reminder
