Well, I was just listening to something that is called the Mind Podcast, and they say that if you get a large banana and I recommend people to stay below the 50 grams of sugar a day. It's like a large banana have much more sugars, like 56 grams for the daily basis that they use for people who get themselves restricted calorie diet. Just a reminder for today
