So I always try, even though as a customer, I just try to even bring it out of the person and be like, hey, how are you doing? Really just stop and have a moment. Because it's hard and customer service is really hard work. But yeah, definitely you're not wrong. I think there has something has shifted, but I've been trying want to bring it back in, folks, see our humanity
