What is overthinking for you? For me, something that can actually destroy the peace of your mind. I have noticed it mostly happens because of past traumas, phobias, insecurities, over the and being complicated every situation with bizarre thoughts. For example, I send a message on WhatsApp and after that keep checking if the person has read a message or if she is online ignoring us. Actual reason might be they are busy or in some important work. Over thinking can actually pull down her self confidence

But whenever I sense a little tension between them, my mind escalates to the possibility of a bad fight than what I was then to a custody battle. To be honest, I still do overthink, but then simultaneously make thought. Like, if I have a protector out there, if I have someone whom I completely trust, whom I know will protect me no matter what happens, then I guess I'll be fine

I think like you said, like overthinking, like we do overthink due to things like past trauma, anxiety, and like depression and basically negative feelings causes do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do do you have overthinking problem then those insecurities lead you to doubt. And on those doubts you keep on overthinking of what you did, on what someone said. So I do agree with that

The list of excuses and reasons goes on and on until you finally accept the fact that you got a bad grade and you will have to do better next time. Overthinking can also be the result of a busy schedule. When you are as busy as I am, your mind is always going a mile a minute. You are constantly thinking about what you have to do today, tomorrow, next week, or next month. You are just thinking and overthinking nonstop. Even when you do finally have some downtime

I guess overthinking can be a face and can be a problem too, but I feel everyone has felt that States where we literally start to overthink little things. You know, there was a phase in my life where I started to push it and everything and I started to feel I was not loved enough or I am not lovable.
