Good Food, Good Mood!

article image placeholderUploaded by @Shrutigupta
Of course your brain needs calories to function and do what it does best. The same goes for your body. Add in low quality fuel those empty calories from refined food that contains high amount of fat, sugar and other unpleasant things and you will feel pretty awful. A poor diet has long been linked to low energy levels, mood disorders, long term health issues, low immune system now such that for the high quality stuff, you know, the fruits, vegetables, etc

Yeah, good food and good mood is very important. And, you know, I've also started implementing it, and I've tried to reduce the intake of junk food that I used to do. But, you know, sometimes it's okay to have junk food also. So I think that if we find the right balance between it, it is well and good. So you should also have healthy food with junk food and find the right balance, and your life is healthy and good

Yeah, I think shruti as you said, that, you know, good food, most of the cases depends on how you're feeling at that particular time, right? Like, if you're feeling sad, you don't eventually want to take up just like a fruit drink or, you know, not anything heavy. If you are are happy, you might enjoy a meal, right?
