Hi guys, I recently read Delhi High Court's Split Verdict on Marital Rape Exception in Law Before we move forward, let's understand marital Rape exception in law in Engine Panel Code Exception Two to Six, Section 375 Marital Rape exception in law reflects that sexual intercourse by a man with his own adult vice is not rape. Now this removes medical rape from punishable rape law. This exception was challenged in a petition before Delhi High Court with a two judge bench with Justice Rajiv Shaykhadar and Justice Shihari Shankar
