Karen Levy - a light worker

However, she always shows up, and that's my definition of courage. She's a light worker with a super focus for observing where that light we were talking earlier doesn't reach Karen's with us now, and I'd like to ask her to talk about mental illness and how people treat people who have this illness and how that feels. Hi, Karen

Thank you for lighting up this path for us ... let’s go 🌱

I just felt like I was sitting in a really beautiful cafe next to a table where these two beautiful women were talking, and I had the luck, but also the attitude audacity to eavesdrop. And in doing so, I fulfilled with such gratitude of both of your abilities to speak from your soul, speak with the poetry that is your nature and the monster of mental illness to be presented in this bouquet of understanding is remarkable

I'm so grateful to be in a world where I caught you as my sister, and it makes me have so much compassion for others that go through this horrible disease for myself when I have those times and to be able to allow people. I love that very idea that we should learn to allow people and not tell people how to feel, which for me, is absolutely the thing that I resent the most when anybody tells anybody that it's so not to use Deborah's word from earlier
