Positivity and hope May always Destroy Despair (PMDD)

Hello, everyone. Hope you're doing well and welcome to day four of the Mental Health Awareness Series. Now for today's topic, I'm sure this would help all my ladies out there, and perhaps a few of you might even see that you might be be going through this as well as today. I'm going to talk about PMDD Premenstrual dysporic disorder. Pmdd is a health disorder that is quite similar to PMS premenstrual syndrome, but is a little bit more serious

Women go through a hard time every month but sometimes it follows after a much harder one. Check this out to know more about menstrual-caused issues.

Hey, Sheaden, thank you so much for bringing this up, for dealing with a topic that needs to be normalized where we need to learn the language, or we need to hear testimonials of people who really understand the experience and help us. US kind of become more aware and become more empathic around this. I know different cultures have different relationships to the menstrual cycle in general

And really the difference between PMS and pre menstrual Dysphoric disorder, or PMDD, as we call it, it's a fine line for many, but nonetheless, all these symptoms are very disruptive and debilitating
