Girl Power!! Let's get rid of these stereotypes around the menstrual cycle

That is so unfortunate if you ask me because we are so privileged and blessed to grow up in a society where it is so normalized and where it is so accepted to have your periods and is treated normally like any place should. And unfortunately, these girls are forced out of an education out of a comfortable life. I can't imagine ever having to give up my education just because I'm believed to be unclean for something natural

So many people tend to have their own biased beliefs in what "periods" are. So let's set the facts straight and prove misconceptions wrong

But I do think that even if it were 50 years ago or 100 years ago, I would argue that women actually wanted to be left alone during those times because to have to do everything that housework involved and to endure the period would have been 20 taxing of a job. That's my take on it. It's

Yeah. Agreed. 100% periods are completely normal and every woman goes through it basically. So it shouldn't be a discriminating factor whatsoever. As far as the temples on top of the temples go, no, I think you got a little wrong there. We actually believe that menstruating women are so pure that they are worshiped as a living goddess. They are worshiped as David herself during that time of the month
