You can overcome them by learning your triggers and when you begin to feel when approaching, start doing breathing exercises. Don't dismiss it and accept it. Let someone who is constantly around you like a friend, a Guardian, a parent, or caretaker, know about this existing condition so that they can support you in case of an occurrence of one.
