Is the Hype worth it?: Disney Edition

article image placeholderUploaded by @Sheaden_02
I would not watch anything else. And somehow my dad got a little tired of it and hit the hard drive and I found it last year. And so I transferred all the movies onto my laptop and I read, I mean, not red watched. I watched all of the movies all over again. And yes, but that got me thinking, is the hype really worth it around all of these Disney live action remakes that are coming out?

Live action remakes ruining the essence of what true Disney classics hold? Or do they make the original storyline even better? Let me know...

Well, for me, like you said, I guess liveaction for a few movies. They're amazing. Like, Aladdin, it was spectacular. I loved both the versions, the Life and and the animated one. But Mulan, like you said, it was just a whole new different story. So I didn't watch it. But that's what I heard from you and a few other people

And Unfortunately, I don't know if the right phrase to use as they've bitten off more than they can chew. But it certainly feels that way in that the animated films sort of to your point, are so unbelievably timeless and so classic. And generations of people have grown up watching them and will continue to grow up watching them. And when you try to replicate that, it's very difficult. It is very difficult
