That part about someone live no one living above that is really spooky. But where I'm from, Guyana, South America, practically every single person I know has had some weird experience. Like the watchman of one school. He told me that every night he would hear whisper rings and murmurings footsteps in one school that he used to guard. And people have told me that they have seen people who are just standing in front of them, staring at them and in their home
