So this person is a dietitian and he reacts to popular influencer videos and also gives a lot of tips on what you can do to your body. So what I really like about it is he caters it to an Indian audience. He actually advises on taking up dairy milk curd

Thanks. I have not seen this video yet. I am heading to YouTube and checking out also this was a very, very amazing topic that you picked up about trusting social media influencers and the social social media influencer. Diets are as healthy as they claim. I don't think it depends on person to person and I feel you should visit your own dietitian, get everything according to your own BMI and take tips on them. Of course, but don't blindly trust them
