And I've learned in this reboot system reboot process that there's not a lot that I was really in control of except for my choice. But I fooled myself into believing that I could control being hurt, that I could control being disappointed by being good. I'm rebooting out of a perfectionistic mindset. I'm rebooting out of codependency. I'm rebooting in my marriage, which is very painful
