I'm doing really good with the food or lack of food thing, but what I am struggling with is getting still and really sitting in the emotions that are coming up without turning to work, without focusing on all the things I have to do. I am a mission focused, mission forward person and I want to accomplish every goal that I see. I'm creating an organization called SLB Enterprise and working on this swell podcast or what I call a conversation cast
