And now in order for me to do what I was created to do, which I believe is unite and change the world together, these old ideas have to be uprooted. The second phase is so just like anything, once we take the weeds out, we've got to replace it with some good so we're replacing it with good seed mentorship, good mentors and mentorship advice, the ways we do things, areas of development, those all have to be sewn back into me

I am so glad to know that this resonates with someone. I just feel in my heart that together we can do everything and when we're open and when we're honest and share our journey and our stories, that life change is truly possible.
