You know you don't like the toilet seat left up. You know you like your toast a certain color. You like people to speak to you in a certain way. So you get into the practice of treating yourself how you want to be treated, and you set up this boundary, and then you enter the real world, or you enter a relationship of some sort with someone who you get to enforce, for lack of a better word

That boundary was hard for them, but they listened and it wasn't easy, but I was being true to myself and how I felt in that moment. And that was a big milestone for me. And I feel like the more it's like a muscle, like working your muscles, the more that you do it, the more it gets easier. And even though it is difficult, but yeah, those are my thoughts about boundries. And thanks again for for sharing your thoughts
