Hi Swell, how are you? I hope everyone is safe and healthy nowadays. Due to this Panamaic we are staying indoors and becoming fat day by day. At certain point we do think of getting fit then the strikes question in our mind that what can I do to get fit? So today I would like to give some tips and let you know what it takes to be fit and have good health. Any type of regular physical activity can improve your fitness and health

Hey Shangha, I'm Kathryn. I'm a person who loves to work out, but before locked on, I didn't get to schedule my workout properly and time management was so difficult. But at the time of lockdown, I get to work, work more and often.
