Morning routine ideas?

Hey, guys. So for myself today, I wanted to ask you guys about your morning routines because there isn't much different about my life that I haven't shared. So yeah, I guess it's pretty much know everything already. So I wanted to ask you guys about your morning routine for me. I really like starting the day off with, like, a shower and exercise. So I'll do my morning stuff, like brush my teeth and wash my face

So in the morning instead, what I like to do is just like brush my teeth and wash my face instead of showering. And sometimes I'll change my clothes and I'll do light stretches just to get myself in the zone. Or I do this exercise. It's not Tai Chi. I forget how to pronounce it, but it's spelled Qi and then space gong

Hey, Shacky, I agree with the rage. Like maybe doing some, like, lighter exercise in the morning or even substituting the shower with like, a body wash instead, just to make it a little bit quicker would probably reduce the time it takes for you to do your morning routine. And then maybe like doing like a full shower or like a full workout closer to the night just so that your morning could be a little bit lighter
