Now imagine you're laying in the warm sand, feeling it fall from in between your toes. You feel the Sun's warm rays on you as you listen to the water falling onto the sand. It's calming, a nice breeze here and there. Let your mind and body be relaxed. As you are transported into this lovely beach. You feel the warm water start to tickle your toes. It surprises you, but it's nice. The cool sound just puts you in asleep
And so what you did that sort of guided meditation where you take us away is exactly what my teacher did. And wouldn't you know, it worked. I mean, I was always feeling a lot better, a lot more comfortable with myself, and a lot more comfortable just expressing myself on stage in front of other people. And right now, you just took me A-A-A-A-A day at the beach. Really spent a ton of time at lately
